What the price covers
What it does not cover
Prices are indicative and include VAT. We prepare an exact quote based on your project.
A smart electrical installation is hard to add later. It is decided when the circuits and the distribution board are being drawn.
Ideal: before the electrical design
We work out together which circuits should be separate, where the controllers go and what should work together.
Still good: shell construction
Cabling can still be adjusted and we design the system around the house as built.
Borderline: before the wiring is finished
Possible, but some solutions will already be a compromise.
After completion
Workable, just more expensive and narrower in scope. Get in touch and we will tell you straight what makes sense.

Tell us what stage you are at. We reply within two working days and say plainly whether this makes sense for you.
Because we want to do and document each one properly. More installations in a single half-year would not leave us with results we would be comfortable showing.
Yes, it is a substantial part of the exchange. We photograph the finished house, not you, and nothing is published without your approval.
The honest answer: it depends on the house. Public sources suggest roughly 8–10 % on well-managed heating and about 10–20 % on lighting operation. Shading mainly affects the thermal load of rooms. We do not promise a specific figure, because nobody honestly can.
Yes. All 230 V work is always carried out by a qualified electrician — either yours, or one we can recommend. We supply the system, the design, the configuration and the commissioning.

Yes. BARAQ SMART SYSTEMS s.r.o. is based in Brno and we manufacture our modules in the Czech Republic and Europe. We could produce more cheaply elsewhere. We decided not to.
